N'assure aucun SAV. Je lui ai confié la commande d'une chaudière à gaz neuve en 2023. L'installation a eu lieu en novembre. Après la mise en chauffe, deux radiateurs sont restés froids. Malgré mes nombreux(es)appels et relances, M Kerlo n'a jamais daigné se déplacer, prétextant ne pas avoir le temps. J'ai dû faire appel à un autre chauffagiste pour y remédier.
